  • What Art Therapy Counselling Will Help

    Our art Therapy Counselling provides a supportive space for self-expression and healing. It can help you explore and process thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and meanings of life events.

    The balanced work of left brain(words) and right brain(images and senses)will help holistically to promote greater self-awareness, self-compassion, self-esteem, emotion regulation.

  • What Mediums Art Therapy Counselling Will Use

    During sessions, a variety of creative mediums will be used such as painting, drawing, sand tray, toy figures, drum, piano, and more.

    These mediums are tools for therapeutic seonsory relaxation and self-discovery leading to a greater sense of wellbeing and personal growth.
